Bluebeam Studio Projects provides administrative control over all project related files and folders, ensuring that only approved parties have access to sensitive information. Learn about creating a Studio Project in this crash course to have your own single source of truth.

In this webinar, on Revu basics training, Reid Addis, a Registered Architect and Bluebeam Certified Instructor will cover: creating Studio Projects, permissions, basics of Studio Project functionality and Studio Project revision history.

  • Leverage Bluebeam Studio for integrated online collaboration. Discuss the differences between Studio Sessions and Studio Projects.
  • Set up a new Studio Session and have all attendees log in and mark up a shared PDF.
  • Note how the Studio Session allows all people automatically records Session activity.
  • Create a new Studio Project and invite all attendees to log in, check out and download documents, edit them locally, then check them back in.

Reid Addis

Reid Addis is a BIM Specialist located in Philadelphia. Reid is a Registered Architect and studied Architecture at Cornell University, and has a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an Autodesk Certified Instructor, as well as a Bluebeam Certified Consultant.
